If honey crystalises or becomes too thick, liquify by placing the jar in warm water for 15 minutes. This is a natural process and attributes to pure, raw unprocessed honey.
WARNINGS: Do not heat honey above 40°C. Not for infants under 1 year of age. We do not recommend it if you are allergic to bee stings, honey or bee-related products.
STORAGE: Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
I love the Manuka honey. It is sweet and a little like toffee. It soothes the throat.
I like to have a little in my tea at night.
Good Medicine! This magic substance is one of the best supplements you will find, don't listen to talk of sugar content Blah, Blah... It's made by bees, in nature, no additives, no refining, so good.

Medicine at its best
Absolutely delicious, and knowing it has a high medicinal grade... can't get any better.
I love both the Manuka and the Kunzea Honey. The Manuka Honey is stronger in flavour and thicker, however, the Kunzea Honey is lighter in flavour and a little funnier. Both are delicious and I love every single dollop on toasted English Muffins, Rice crackers or Greek yoghurt. Yummy! 🐝 🍯
I get relief when I take half a teaspoon of Manuka honey orally for flem blocking my windpipe. Drs suggested saline flush through nose both sides but did not help. Zea Manuka honey really helps.
